Maintenance instructions:
To preserve the quality and performance of these knives, we recommend that you hand wash them in warm water and dry them well with a soft towel after each use;
Keep knives in a dry place protected from moisture;
Do not wash knives in the dishwasher. They should only be cleaned by hand to prevent blunting of the blade.

Instructions for sharpening knives correctly:
- Choose a quality whetstone or sharpening stone with the right grain;
- Hold the knife in your hand, with the tip down and the blade inclined at an angle of about 20 degrees to the massage;
- Hold the knife firmly and make sure the blade fits perfectly on the table;
- Apply slight pressure to the blade and drag the knife up and down the massage, from the base of the blade to the tip;
- Maintain a constant angle between the blade and the massaged, sharpening on both sides of the blade at the same time;
- Continue until you have made about 5-10 passes on each side of the blade.
