Instructions for correct sharpening

knives:
- Choose a quality whetstone or sharpening stone with the right grit;
- Hold the knife in your hand, with the tip down and the blade tilted at an angle of about 20 degrees to the massaged area;
- Hold the knife firmly and make sure the blade fits perfectly on the massager;
- Apply slight pressure to the blade and pull the knife up and down on the massage, from the base of the blade to the tip;
- Maintain a constant angle between the blade and the mass, sharpening both sides of the blade at the same time;
- Continue until you have made about 5-10 passes on each side of the blade.
