This high-quality knife is traditionally forged from high-performance steel, followed by heat treatment of quenching and tempering, giving it superior corrosion resistance and excellent durability. With a hardness of 55-58 HRC, it is at the limit of the balance between hardness and flexibility, being also used in the manufacture of medical metal tools.

The knife comes in a very sharp sharpness level, so careful handling is required. It can be easily sharpened whenever needed. The handle with curved design is made of rosewood, giving it a beautiful and natural look, in contrast to the plastic variants. The wood is treated with natural mineral oil and can be maintained with special wood oils.

We recommend applying this treatment periodically to maintain the colors and properties of the wood. The knife features a hole for the index finger, giving you a more secure grip and the ability to apply more force while cutting. For maintenance, avoid cleaning in the dishwasher or leaving in the sink or drainer. Wash it immediately after use and dry it with a cloth or paper towel.
